Guided by the light.
El Aranas didn't set out to build websites. He set out to stop trading time for money, and to get back the creative spirit he'd been missing.
With a degree in computer programming and a lifelong love of charcoal portraits, El spent years as a dental assistant with no outlet that joined both sides of him. When AI began reshaping how small businesses compete online, he saw it. In 2022 he founded Lighthouse Digital Productions, starting from home in San Francisco.
The name comes from Pigeon Point Lighthouse in Pescadero. To El, lighthouses stand for guidance, strength, safety and hope, and a reminder to be a light in this world.

One of his proudest moments: an insurance agent who saw his new website and was so moved he ordered new business cards to match it. Today El is a regular at Pleasanton Chamber of Commerce events and supports local nonprofits and churches. In his words: “Namaste. The light in me sees the light in you.”
